Weston-sub-Edge is a village lying some 5 miles to the north of Chipping Camden and 8 miles south east of Evesham and between the M5 motorway to the west and the M40 to the east. Whilst local services are available nearby, a good range of shopping and recreational facilities may be found at Evesham.
Whilst a mainly rural area there are good road links easily accessible which include the A44, A 46 and A429 whilst the rail station at Evesham provides a direct service to London Paddington.

This extensive parcel of land of land is currently laid to grass providing excellent grazing facilities, other agricultural purposes or even leisure use subject to restrictions that may apply due to its listing as an ancient monument and planning permissions that may otherwise be required. The land is accessed via a right of way at two points, both with gated entrance to the highway. This shared right of way is not physically made up however purchasers will have the right to make up this access way and install services along it subject to any consents that may be required. The land is sold on an unconditional basis and prospective purchasers should note that the land is listed under the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979 which is currently under review, so will need to consider any restrictions that may apply due to this and/ or any other permissions that may be required for a buyers intended use of the land and consider that whilst located in an AONB the land is outside the village conservation area.
